As a part of our reorganization a
Witness
Committee was established in accordance with paragraph 252.2.c of the
Book of
Discipline. This is an area of ministry
long neglected in many churches. The
Witness Ministries of the church shall give attention to developing and
strengthening evangelistic efforts, encouraging Lay-Speaking
Ministries, and
other expressions of witness for Jesus Christ.
