The Rev. Dr. Sally Dolch was called to Salem in July of 2009. She brings a passion for Christian community, and gifts of faith and the power of prayer. She believes God desires all people to live and care for one another in community and to “encourage one another daily.” Heb3:13

As worship leader, Pastor Sally offers Bible-based messages & strongly supports the “ministry of all believers.”  She says, “Worship is the work of the people of God, including preparation of the altar, our incredible music program, Scripture reading, drama, children’s messages & lay speaking.  In vital congregations leadership for worship & all the administration & ministries are shared. In this way, we all become part of “the light shining in the darkness.” Jn1:5 Most of the year Pastor Sally leads a Noon Bible study on Tuesdays at Bethany and one evening study or confirmation class at Salem.

Visiting is a priority for Pastor Sally. She generally keeps office hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday - morning or afternoon - depending on her evening schedule of studies & meetings.
