Saturday, February 11th: 11:00am to 2:00pm - Soup & Hot Dog Sale at Bethany United Methodist Church. The Bethany UMW and Bethany Missions invite you to come out for homemade vegetable soup, hot dogs, and a wide variety of homemade sweets from the Bake Sale Table. Soup is $2.00 each Dine-In or $4.00/Pint Carry-out. Hot Dogs are $1.50 and Drinks are $1.00.

Sunday, February 12th: 5:00pm - Birthday Bingo.

Monday, February 13th: 6:30pm to 7:30pm - Praise in the Park Planning Meeting. Join in the planning for this event on August 8th. If you have ideas for this event (similar to our Camp Meetings of a few years ago), please plan to attend.

Wednesday, February 15th: 7:00pm to 9:00pm - The Peninsula-Deleware Conference General/Jurisdictional Conference Delegation is holding a Listening Posts at Wesley Temple in Salisbury.

Saturday, February 18th: 9:00am to 3:00pm - Leadership Training 2012: Call to Worship, sponsored by the Salisbury District Board of Laity and The Healthy Church Initiative, and Bishop Johnson's Call to Action at the Community United Methodist Church in Ocean Pines, MD. The cost is $10.00 and includes the workshop fees and lunch. Checks should be made payable to the Pen-Del Conference.

Wednesday, February 22nd: 6:00pm - Ash Wednesday Service. A brief service of penitence, prayer, ashes from the 2011 palms, and viewing of a video "When Christians are Unchristian".

Sunday, February 26th: 5:30pm to 7:15pm - Lenten Supper "Pot Luck" sponsored by the Witness Committee, followed by a brief video & conversation "Christians, Science, and Politics".

Monday, February 27th thru Wednesday, February 29th: 11:00am to 1:00pm - Winter Lunch in the Social Hall.

Tuesday, February 28th: 8:30am to 8:00pm - Executive Leadership Edge: A Seminar for those Responsible for Taking your Teams or Organizations to the Next Level at the Camp Pecometh Riverview Retreat. Registration is due on February 15th and the cost for the workshop is $348.

Tuesday, February 28th: 7:00pm to 9:00pm - The Peninsula-Deleware Conference General/Jurisdictional Conference Delegation is holding a Listening Posts at Cornerstone UMC, Bear, DE.

The County Health Department, Social Services, the One Stop Job Market, Diakonia, Family Connections, and other services will be present to share information and receive applications.
