The Committee on Finance is responsible for proposing a budget to the Charge Conference, developing and implementing  plans for raising sufficient income to meet the budget, and administering the funds received according to the instruction of the Church Council.  The members of the Committee on Finance are: Willard Stevenson, chair; Wayne Parsons, treasurer; Dick Bunting, Ricky Holland, Financial Secretary; Debbie Guy, stewardship chair; David MacQueen, Church Council chair, Barbara Browning, Staff-parish relations, Jim Nickol, lay-leader, William Hudson, Janet Pilchard, Jay Pittman, Will Stevenson, Tom Vilov, and Duncan Wells.
