Children's Sermons A children's sermon can be on any topic, and generally shouldn't be more than 3-5 minutes long.  To Volunteer, contact Norma Howard. Ideas for children's sermons:    - Check the lectionary for the week's bible verse    - Favorite verses of your own    - The internet has many free sites - search under children's sermons    - The church office has several books and pamphlets to browse through for ideas    - Holiday or seasonal topics such as 4th of July, summer, etc. For additional help, visit http://www.childrensermons.com for ideas. Please remember to use the microphone provided so that those who cannot attend can hear the children's sermon on the recordings made of the service.  Even if you speak out clearly, you won't be picked up if you don't use the micorphone.
