The Salem Brass is a group of brass musicians who provide
special music for the Easter and Christmas celebration services and special
events. Salem Brass includes Trumpets, Trombones, Euphoniums, Tubas,
and Piano Accompaniment. Membership is voluntary and usually varies
between 4 to 12 members, but we're always looking for more. We perform
one Sunday during Christmas, for the Candlelight Service, the Sunrise Service,
and Easter Sunday Service, plus any other performances we are asked to do.
Practice is usually 9:00pm to 10:00pm following Adult Choir practice
on Wednesday nights, starting about 1 month prior to a performance. If
you would like to volunteer to perform in the Salem Brass, contact Gloria
Wilkins.
