11:00am to 12:30pm - Hospice and Palliative Care of the Eastern Shore Presents an Educational Program for Our Families, Volunteers, and the Entire Community.  "Surviving the Holidays After a Loss".  When we lose someone we love, grief is a constant companion, one that is accentuated during the holidays.  Holidays create a tremendous amount of anxiety became some of the best memories we have are associated with the holidays, which magnifies the loss.  This program discusses some of the feeling we may experience after a loss, and offers positive ways to deal with the emotions and the fatigue that may occur at holiday.  Hospice Building, 18469 Dunne Avenue in Parksley VA.  Each program is open to everyone at no charge, and advanced registration is not required!  For more information, contact Mozella Francis or Dawn Ranger.
