for Our Families, Volunteers, and the Entire Community.

love, grief is a constant companion, one that is accentuated during the
holidays. Holidays create a tremendous amount of anxiety became
some of the best memories we have are associated with the holidays,
which magnifies the loss. This program discusses some of the
feeling we may experience after a loss, and offers positive ways to
deal
with the emotions and the fatigue that may occur at holiday.
